Return & Refund Policy

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Since every product is custom-made through our partner Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size or color ordered
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personalized/custom items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to customersupport@eleganceandnoor.com, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Lost Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, reach out to us and we’ll investigate with Printify. If confirmed lost, you’ll receive a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and changes are not possible.
